Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any service requests you submit through it. Submitting a booking or contact request does not by itself create a service contract; a project begins when both parties agree in writing on scope, timeline and price.

2. Service requests

When you submit a request, we receive a reference number and respond using your preferred contact method. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Details in a request (like budget ranges) help us respond but are not binding commitments.

3. Payments

Payment schedules are agreed per project before work begins. Custom development typically starts with an agreed deposit. Products and support services are billed according to their own agreements.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, custom software built specifically for your business belongs to your business. Komtech retains rights to its pre-existing internal products (such as Hotel Hub, SmartShop and the Laundry Management Solution) and to general know-how.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, upload malicious files, attempt to access restricted areas of the site, or use the site to send unlawful content. Upload attachments only in the permitted formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG) and only files you have the right to share.

6. Availability & liability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komtech's liability arising from website use is limited to nothing beyond re-submitting your request; project liabilities are defined in project agreements.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
